Our systematic study aims to find out how much of an impact skill and information system mastery have on the power
and success of company management in the modern digital age. We back up our claims with research from dozens of
peer-reviewed journals throughout the world that have covered a wide range of topics related to how businesses may
use technology to their advantage. We used Google Scholar to look for any supplementary materials published
between 2010 and 2021. We used the coding system to extract data, evaluated it thoroughly, interpreted it in detail, and
finally, we were able to answer this question with valid conclusions and high reliability when we had the data. Taking
everything into account, we can announce the findings: a strong relationship exists between proficiency in technology
and effective company management. The capacity to seek and meet customers for any reason using search engines is a
crucial skill for managers in every company, and the Internet plays a key part in this. The same holds true for
customers; with the same tech-savvy tools, they can receive what they need fast.
