Abstract

Every child has the right to a high-quality education that upholds and encourages their dignity and optimal development;
this is the basic premise of a human rights-based approach to education. But this privilege to look down on has become a reality
because politicians have meddled in education for their own avarice and power. The positive and negative effects of political
engagement in education on students' lives and futures have been highlighted by several recent instances and situations. Consequently,
accomplishing this objective is, on the other hand, far more difficult. Education, as is well known, is mankind's most potent weapon. In
addition to receiving a quality education, pupils also need certain protections in order to develop to their full potential. Cultural or
political rights, whether explicit or implicit, may exist. Students' rights to an education and the challenges they encounter in schools
have been the primary foci of this essay. Before moving on to the current issues surrounding the political and cultural rights of students
in educational institutions, we covered topics such as corruption and reservation in institutes. The aforementioned topics are thoroughly
covered in this study paper, which also includes arguments and counterarguments.
